The OnBase App Builder allows administrators to reimagine OnBase user experiences. End users can now access OnBase through tailored web interfaces that are designed to optimize the work they do, rather than organized by the software module they are using. Tiled “quick access” layouts provide direct access to frequently used OnBase features like document upload, search, and processing – all labeled in the user’s language! These new persona-based apps are OnBase like you’ve never seen but designed in familiar OnBase Studio remaining true to its point-and-click configurable roots.
The OnBase App Builder allows you to create new front-end experiences using the systems and sources you already have. Here's how it works: First, use existing Search, Unity Forms, Workflow, Folders and Reporting Dashboards. Second, easily point-and-click configure a new user interface (UI) in OnBase Studio. Third, provide internal employees the URL and let them begin using the app via a browser!
The "quick access" dashboard style layout is used to give the user an overview of critical information (sources) and provide shortcuts to the most used actions.
The document retrieval, custom query and folder interfaces in the master detail layout allow users to enter search criteria, sort columns and further search within the results list.
Workflow sources display work queues in a list (or as tiles), with easy access to view documents and take action.
Unity forms can be completed/submitted directly from the app. Forms actively in workflow can be processed with embedded tasks on the title bar.
The reporting dashboard source displays configured dashboards alongside the ability to find documents and take actions like upload document and create unity form.
