Perceptive Content Document Control Suite
Solution Overview

Document Control Suite provides the ability to manage changes to a document during the content authoring process while ensuring the integrity of documents at all times, as well as the ability to add Digital Signatures to documents.

Key Features
  • All document file types imported into Perceptive Content can use Version Control.
  • Specific privileges must be set for users or groups to use version control on Documents and Records.
  • Digital Signatures are legally binding signatures as long as they do not leave Perceptive Content. They include the name of the person signing, the reason for signing, and a date and time stamp.
  • Digital Signatures use a standard accepted format called Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to provide the highest levels of security and universal acceptance.
Use Cases
  • Version Control is used when document content needs to be preserved and should only be able to be edited by certain individuals.
  • Digital Signatures are placed on documents to show that the document has been acknowledged and also has the ability to provide a reason for acknowledgement.
